This is a partial list of codes for the village of Fox Point.  

Smoke detectors are required for each floor level including the basement

Clear water from sanitary sewer must be eliminated and a code complying clear water sump pump must be installed

A code complying bonding jumper must be provided around the water meter

All circuits in panel board must be indentified.

A code complying guard rail for all stairs with more than three risers must be provided

Downspouts must expire three feet from foundation

All breakers wit the panel board must be identified

Backflow protection operable garbage disposal

All temporary wiring must be removed

The sump pump must have a cover

The maximum uniform rise for a step is 8 inches

 Provide backflow protection for all exterior hose bibs and laundry tub facilities
